The Water and Sanitation Department is today upgrading the water supply main in Kommetjie Main Road, Fish Hoek.
They are installing a new valve and replacing a few others.
As a result there will be a water supply disruption from 9am to 3pm which will affect residents in the vicinity of Kommetjie Road between Riverside Road and 16th Avenue.
A water tanker will be stationed in 17th Avenue at the entrance of Trafalgar Place during this period.
Residents are advised to store water in clean, sealed containers for use and all taps should be kept closed during this period to prevent water wastage and/or damage when the water supply is restored.
