The spectacular display of Christmas lights by Matthew Haines at 3 Lady Grey Street in Fish Hoek did not disappoint. The lights were turned on from 8pm to 10pm every night from Wednesday December 1 until Friday December 31. Mr Haines increases the number of lights every year and last year, he decked his home with 120 000 festive lights.
