Realise a Dream, a competition run by non-profit, Ladles of Love, for food and farming entrepreneurs, is open to anyone over 20 who has a valid South African ID and owns a business that has been operating in the Cape Peninsula for a year or more but less than five years. There are four categories - baking and confectionery, food products or processing, food service or eatery, and farming produce or husbandry - and a R1 million prize pool.
