The Fish Hoek Valley Historical Association will host a talk by the curator of the Rhodes Cottage Museum, Gabriel Clark-Brown, titled "History's Ninja", on Thursday, July 14, at 4.30pm for 5pm, at the Galley on Fish Hoek Beach. Mr Clark-Brown is the “history ninja” who recovered and put the head back onto Cecil John Rhodes's bust in July 2020. The head was severed by vandals and dragged into nearby bushes. Mr Clark-Brown mobilised the Friends of Rhodes Memorial and the head was returned to the rightful owner. For more information, call Margaret at 083 701 0183.
