Members of the Masiphumelele Neighbourhood Watch received their first patrol jackets on Wednesday November 2. The jackets were sponsored by the CareCompany, a local non-profit that provides home-based care for the elderly; Chapman’s Peak Neighbourhood Watch; and the Ocean View Community Police Forum.
