The SANDF welcomed the French naval vessel FS Le Malin to Simon’s Town Harbour on Thursday November 17. It will be taking part in Exercise Oxide, a joint French-South African maritime exercise that takes place every second year, with the SANDF being the host nation this year. The exercise, with its main focus being on search and rescue, will run until Monday November 28.
