Vice Admiral (retired) Mosiwa Hlongwane, left, handed over command of the SA Navy to Vice Admiral Monde Lobese, right, during the navy’s change-of-command parade, in Simon’s Town, on Tuesday December 6. Vice Admiral Lobese’s appointment took effect on Tuesday November 1.
