Is Buffel back?

Aly Ison took this picture of a southern elephant seal on Fish Hoek Beach on Saturday afternoon March 25. The seal looks a lot like Buffel, the elephant seal that visited Fish Hoek Beach in January 2019 to moult. At the time of his visit, it was believed that he came from Marion Island some 100km away.
