Pickleball - sporty and fun

Staff Reporter|Published 1 year ago

If you’re looking to try something sporty and fun this summer, try Pickleball, a racquet sport which can be played indoors or outdoors on a badminton sized court. Much like tennis, it requires a net and players hit a hollow plastic ball covered with holes using a table-tennis-style paddle. It can be played as singles or doubles. DinkPickleballZA is hosting social Pickleball this December and January at Plumstead Tennis Club, 24 Victoria Road, Plumstead, on Tuesdays from 5pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 2pm to 5pm. Email dinkpickleballza@gmail.com for more information.
