Textile exhibition

The Narrative Threads textile art exhibition opened on Thursday July 4 at the Mogalakwena Gallery at the Montebello Design Centre in Newlands. It features the work of seven artists from Muizenberg’s Art, Life & Stitches group. Gallery owner Dr Elbe Coetsee, of Tokai, says workshops and talks will be held during the exhibition, which runs until Thursday September 26. The gallery is open Tuesdays to Fridays from 9am until 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am until 3pm. Entry is free.
