Kommetjie Library book club celebrates one year of literary adventures

The Kommetjie Library’s book club celebrated its first anniversary with a Women’s Month high tea on Tuesday, August 19.
Senior librarian Kim Beukes said the club is a thriving community that has 15 passionate readers who gather every two months to celebrate the joy of books and the power of connection.
“More than just a book club, it’s a space where stories spark friendships and reading becomes a shared adventure,” she said.
