Muizenberg community invited to first beachfront construction meeting

Residents, businesses, and friends of Muizenberg are encouraged to attend the first construction community liaison meeting of the year for the Muizenberg Beachfront Refurbishment Project.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 25, from 5.30pm to 7pm at the Muizenberg Civic Centre.

Chand Consultants, appointed to manage stakeholder engagement during the construction period, will provide updates on construction activities and progress, outline no-go areas and detour routes, and explain expected disruptions and mitigation measures.

The meeting will also outline available channels for ongoing communication, allowing the community to ask questions, raise concerns, and share feedback on how the project affects the surrounding area.

The meetings aim to keep the community informed and involved throughout the refurbishment process.
