The False Bay Hospital vaccination clinic will be closed permanently from Monday September 6.
Western Cape Department of Health spokeswoman Natalie Watlington said that since the opening of the False Bay Hospital vaccination site in May, further sites had opened at the the Fish Hoek civic centre and Ocean View clinic.
“Closing this site will allow the hospital to focus their capacity on patients requiring hospitalisation and additional care. Residents are encouraged to vaccinate at their nearest sites, which are the Fish Hoek civic centre or the Ocean View clinic,” she said.
