Ocean View Community Police Forum chairman Mansoer Ismael was elected to the Wynberg CPF Cluster board as deputy chairman at the cluster’s AGM on Wednesday May 11. Fish Hoek CPF chairman Jonathan Mills, was elected as treasurer and Shamila Nicholas of the Wynberg CPF was elected as chairwoman. The meeting was also attended by deputy provincial commissioner of visible policing Major General Mpumelelo Manci.
