The Izivunguvungu MSC Youth Band, based in Ocean View, is performing again, after two years of Covid-19 restrictions. Commander Mike Oldham, former director of the SA Navy Band, said the band performed last week in Ocean View, to several hundred school pupils, and are preparing to resume the Christmas Concerts at Fish Hoek Beach and around the Western Cape.
