About two months ago, I had reason to go to False Bay Hospital and Victoria Hospital. Having never been to either before I was worried about not knowing the procedures, but I need not have worried. When I wasn't sure, I was guided by patients and staff alike. At False Bay Hospital, I was so impressed by the organisation of the many patients being vetted for Covid-19 symptoms.
At Victoria Hospital, where I was sent for operation, I was once again greeted by friendly people, including security staff. Once again, patients helped me when I didn’t know the ropes.
Having had a successful op, my grateful thanks go to all the hospital staff for working under difficult circumstances, especially with the additional stress of Covid. It was also good to see the interns getting excellent training at Victoria.
